Who controls your information
BAP System is the personal information controller for information collected through this live webinar website. Authorized BAP System administrators and assigned referrers help operate the webinar, respond to participants, and coordinate related enrollment follow-up.

Information we collect
We may collect the following information:
- Full name
- Facebook or Messenger name
- Email address
- Present country
- Years abroad or current work location category
- Answers about current challenges, interests, and readiness
- Referral code and assigned referrer
- Webinar participation information, including watch progress or stopping point
- Messages you submit through the webinar chat
- Technical and usage information processed through website hosting, security, browser storage, and Cloudflare Web Analytics
Please do not submit passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, card security codes, or other authentication credentials through the registration form or webinar chat.
Why we process information
We process information to register participants, provide webinar access, personalize the webinar experience, qualify leads, maintain the chat and watch-room functions, understand webinar engagement, prevent misuse, and maintain operational records.
We may also use your contact details and webinar activity to send registration notices, webinar-related messages, follow up about your participation, and provide information about BAP System enrollment. We do not use submitted information for unrelated marketing campaigns.
Legal basis
We process ordinary personal information when it is necessary to take steps at your request in connection with webinar participation or potential enrollment, to provide the requested service, to pursue legitimate operational interests that do not override your rights, to comply with applicable obligations, or when consent is the appropriate lawful basis.
This policy explains how information is processed. A privacy notice is not, by itself, the same as consent, and consent is not the only lawful basis that may apply.
Who receives information
Authorized BAP System administrators and the referrer assigned through the referral link may access the same participant records for the purposes described in this policy. This may include registration details, profiling answers, watch-progress information, and messages submitted through the webinar chat.
We also use service providers to operate the website and workflow:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, security, infrastructure, and Web Analytics
- Google for Google Apps Script processing, Google Sheets record storage, registration notifications, fonts, and the embedded YouTube webinar
- Meta when we communicate with you through Facebook or Messenger
These providers may process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not sell participant information.
Browser storage and analytics
The website uses local and session browser storage to support referral assignment, registration status, countdowns, webinar playback or resume functions, participant display, and local chat history. Clearing browser storage may reset these features.
Cloudflare Web Analytics and infrastructure services may process technical or aggregate usage information to help operate, secure, and understand use of the website. BAP System does not use browser storage for unrelated cross-site advertising.
International access and service providers
The webinar is available to adults in the Philippines and other countries. Because participants and service providers may be located in different countries, information may be processed or stored outside the country where it was collected. We use the services described above to operate the international webinar workflow and apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved.
Retention and deletion
Registration records, profiling answers, watch-progress information, chat messages, and related follow-up records may be retained for up to five years. Records may be retained longer only when reasonably required or permitted for legal, accounting, security, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution purposes.
After the applicable period, records are securely deleted or disposed of unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Security
We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures intended to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Access is limited to authorized administrators, assigned referrers, and service providers that need the information for the stated purposes.
No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. If you believe your information has been affected by a security issue, contact us promptly.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or blocking when appropriate, or information about how your data has been used. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

Age requirement and policy updates
This website and webinar are intended only for people who are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect information through these forms from minors.
We may update this policy when our practices, services, or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page with its latest update date.
